Stucco Repair

Overview
Arizona is hard on a stucco wall. The sun bakes it all summer, the ground shifts under it, and every hairline crack opens a little wider.
Then the monsoon arrives and pushes rain into those cracks. Water sits behind the coat, the wall goes soft, and a $400 patch turns into a $3,000 rebuild.
We repair the damage at whatever stage you catch it. Small cracks get sealed and textured. Wet sections get cut out and rebuilt layer by layer, then blended so you can't find the patch.

How we handle stucco repair
Crack sealing
Hairline and settlement cracks cleaned out, filled and sealed before the next storm gets in.
Water-damage repair
We cut back to sound wall, dry it out, then rebuild the barrier, lath and coats.
Texture matching
Lace, sand, dash and smooth finishes matched by hand so the repair reads as part of the wall.
Color blending
We blend the new color into the old coat, or recoat the full elevation when a wall has faded past a blend.
Full recoats
When a wall is cracked all over, one recoat costs less than patching the same spots twice.
