Do you work as a subcontractor for general contractors?

Yes. A lot of our commercial work comes through GCs, and we can send current license and insurance certs the same day.

How large a building can you take on?

Our license has no dollar cap. The real limit is the schedule, so tell us the dates early and we'll be straight about capacity.

Can you do the drywall too?

We can. We hold ROC #349457 for drywall on top of the stucco and lath license, so both trades run under one contract.

Do you work outside the Phoenix metro?

Yes. We're licensed statewide and travel for commercial jobs, including Tucson, Prescott and Flagstaff.

Can the work happen while the building is open?

Usually. We phase elevations and plan access so tenants and customers can still use the building.

What does the estimate include?

A written scope with the layers, the finish, the areas covered and what's excluded. You'll know what you're buying before you sign.

Why EIFS shows up on commercial buildings

EIFS is light. On a large building that means less load on the structure than a heavy cement coat.

It also shapes easily. Cornices, reveals, banding and signage backers get carved from the foam instead of framed.

Then there's energy code. Continuous exterior insulation is what a lot of commercial envelopes are designed around now.

Working as a subcontractor

We know what a GC needs before we're on site. Current license, insurance certs, a real schedule and a super who answers the phone.

We size the crew to the schedule, not the other way around. If the drywall date moves, tell us early and we'll shift.

Holding both licenses helps here. One sub can close out the exterior and the interior walls, so there's one less trade to chase.

Working direct for an owner

Owners usually call us about an aging exterior or water damage on one elevation. Sometimes it's a rebrand that needs new shapes and color.

We phase the work so the building keeps operating. Parking, access and noise get planned before the first day.

You get a written scope with what's included and what isn't. No surprise change orders for work we could see from the ground.

What we need to quote

Plans and elevations if it's new construction. For existing buildings, photos and the year it was built get us close.

We walk every commercial job before the number is final. On a repair we open a small test area, since guessing at what's behind the finish helps nobody.
