What we build

Four trades, one crew

Stucco leads, but the same team handles every layer of the exterior and the walls inside. You hire once and keep one point of contact.

Inside the wall

What an EIFS wall is made of

EIFS is synthetic stucco, but it isn't one coat. It's a stack of layers that insulate, drain, and finish your home. Here is the wall from the outside face to your framing.

Inside

Why EIFS

Cooler inside, less upkeep outside

An EIFS wall is a continuous blanket of insulation, not just a coat of plaster. In a Phoenix summer, that's the difference between fighting the heat and keeping it out.

55%

less air filtration than standard brick or wood walls, because the insulation wraps the whole structure.

Maintenance-free
A quick inspection after monsoon season is all it asks. No repaint cycle, no patching every year.
Lightweight
It weighs far less than traditional cladding, so commercial builds need less structural steel to carry it.

Building your dreams

A family business that builds like your name is on it too

Alan and Ana Quezada started Quezada Construction Group in 2020. They came to Arizona as immigrants with one plan: do honest work and stand behind it.

Today their kids are part of the business, and the same family pride goes into a Phoenix repair as a full commercial build. You deal with the owners, not a call center.
